Membership
The Beautification and Urban Design Commission (B.U.D.) is made up of up to 11 voting members and one or more non-voting members.
The voting members are appointed by the Rocky Mount Town Council.
Non-voting members are elected by the B.U.D. Commission. The non-voting members attend meetings, serve on committees and participate in activities.
We welcome you to volunteer with our program as a commission member or as a garden sponsor. Please contact us if you are interested in more information.
